YASSSSSSSS @getitamb! Gorgeous & fit @ any size! The best motivation is empowering, this pic makes me want to work out way more than a model with a thigh gap.

Then give me some Serena Williams among all the Maria Sharapovas. Fit & ripped can come in different packages, including curvy.

I prefer to see more varied models & pictures, all heights & weights, shapes & sizes, and racial /ethnic diversity. I would buy more & be more loyal to a company who used variety. I think everyone wants to relate & be represented at least sometimes with the imagery they see, even if it is a stretch or ideal.

I didn't prepack lunch last night & managed to grab a healthy lunch! I was nervous about impulsively getting something unhealthy, so I checked out a couple options on the food tracker before leaving and it didn't seem tough to do then. Yay!

Gimme a paddle, same boat too! I'd like to lose 90+ to get to my lowest adult weight of 170, but I know at my height of 5'4" that I should be at least at 140. I'm a full time program manager with 2 small kids, and want more energy and feel more confident in my skin. Love to have an accountability buddy, too. Feel free to…

Started some healthy changes this week, and looking for accountability. More friends the merrier!

Same here, got down to 200 and now at 261. Not fun! Just started weight training and healthier eating this week, already feeling a little better in my own skin. Also have two young kids and eat when I'm bored or avoiding things that cause anxiety. Good luck and add me , friend!

So many good responses here! Self-care is so hard. Long-term change is only possible as an expression of self love, and I try to remind myself of this. If I think to myself, don't eat that doughnut, heifer! That type of restriction clearly isn't healthy or maintainable. If I think, I really care about my health, so I'm…

JFT 11/19 - I will log every bite I eat.

Exactly! I struggle with anxiety too, and I recently realized that I eat to avoid situations or tasks that create anxiety for me, especially at work. Trying to break the habit by diving right in & tackling it, which I can do on strong days, but working to handle tough days.

Me too! Youngest turned 2 last month and I've gained 20 lbs in 6 months. I've got to get the ball rolling and get tis weight off

New to MFB community boards, this looks like an awesome thread! * Eat mindfully, what I've planned * Study for exam after work * Pack gym clothes for tomorrow So happy I found this, hope I can hit today's goals!

I'm with you too! I need to lose at least 100lbs, and I've just had that "aha" moment reading Eat to Live. I've started eating a lot more fruits & veggies and looking to change my relationship with food. I have two young kids, and I want them to have a healthy lifestyle too. Good luck! Rooting for you :)
