  • My doctor doesn’t comment nor do the PA and NP. I wish they would. I had to get them to agree with me that a BP medicine was needed.
  • I weigh everyday based on a dietician article. I can see hat I’ve done wrong day to day. I’m also fasting to one meal atleast twice a week. I do drink plenty of water at the same time
