Amen... to can't "out-train a bad diet". Careful on "eat less". Eating better IMHO, means give your body everything it needs nutritionally. To know that, I suggest get a segment body measurement (I use a Tanita scale). Know your muscle mass, for example. That will tell you how many grams of protein you must have daily.…

Okay. You can't see much of my bike. More importantly, you get how I feel about her. I just got her. She's a 2015 Specialized Roubaix Di2 Disc. It has ruined me! I highly suggest that you DO NOT test ride one unless you intend to buy one!
