Welcome!! For the most part I have cut wheat out of my diet. Every now and then, I'll crave a sandwich such as tuna melt, and will have wheat bread, but mostly not. Ankle was feeling a bit better, so went on the treadmill. After 25 minutes. Ankle not feeling so hot LOL. Oh well's. Another day. At least I still am able to get my weight training in, so all good. 4/9 - 1.5 walk Total: 21.20

I do the counting measure. 1234 and that's it. I figure that's about a tablespoon, and then just put a tablespoon in my journal. Guess I could actually measure, but I can't be bothered doing that when I'm cooking. Never measure anything really.
