YES!!!! Finally got the okay to go back to full workouts and no ankle brace. Dr. did say though no more running or jogging and to ease myself back in. Just so happy. Now for some catch up!!! 5/7- 5.0 (Walking) Total = 5.0

I'm back!!!! Was away for 4 days, so didn't start exercising yet. Today, I will go for a nice long walk, and hopefully on Wednesday, I will get the full approval from doctor to be able to go back to full steam ahead on exercise. But for now, I will continue to do what I can. Be back later to log in my walk!!!!

Managed to get one more walk in before going away for a few days. When I get back, I find out if my ankle is okay to go back to more cardio. Fingers crossed. 4/29 3.15 Walking Total: 60.30
