So been house sitting and dog sitting and forgot my computer, so catching up on entries now that I have computer back.
5/10 - 1.0 walking dog
5/11 - 2.0 walking
5/12 - 2.0 walking
5/13 - 1.20 walking
5/14 - 5.10 walking
Total = 22.60 -

jahmanry I noticed you walked your dog for 1.0 Mile. IF I walked mine for only One mile they would let me know about it! lol....ACTUALLY they make my day. I probably walk more with them than if I did not have them...they motivate me... You're doing great!!!
Today was another busy day. Walked the girls 3.0 Miles. Helped my husband wash and wax the Motorhome. Did some more hauling and leveling dirt.....2.5 Walking miles but trust meit was more back breaking work than walking! lol

1.75miles hauling and leveling dirt....(I will get finished at some point! lol)
Off too do the weekly shopping. That gave me 3.0 Miles in the shops but at a slower pace.

Today I have done house chores. We did have a bit of rain but not before I got in a walk with my adorable girls. Today's MOVE was 3.0 walking Miles....

Weather hasn't been cooperating lately, so I rode in the rain today. Not bad, except squishing shoes every pedal stroke.
I might be past 100, but I've been using a bike. What's impressive to me is you walking 78+ miles.

It rained here today but briefly. It was cloudy all day and breezy so by 6 p.m I decided too take another walk with the girls. We got in 2.25 Miles this time...I LOVE when we have a breeze! make you want too walk extras....
The extra 2.25 Miles would put me at 80.75 Walking miles....THANK YOU JESUS for the energy too do this!0 -
Went out on the bike yesterday. SO PROUD of myself, cycle further than I ever have. 32 miles!!!! Loving it. And thanks for the inspiration to do this!!

So ... my goal is to move 500 km or as close to it as possible again. Little bit more challenging now as this is a busy month with work and university ... plus it is winter, and darkness falls on my way home from work now.

Plus I did a 35 min stair climbing workout in the evening. My yard is full of little sets of stairs. The longest one is 7 steps so I mainly focused on that one, up and down, up and down, but I also jogged between the others and did them too for some variety. In total, just over 1000 stairs climbed.
Plus 10 min upper body weights workout.
05 Tues - 4.8 km walking (60 min) ... again, all utility walking.

Cycling: 68.47 km (42.5 miles)
Time: 365 min (6 h 5 min) walking & cycling + 45 min stairs & weights

Sunday was going too be a rest day. The husband and I did get in a short relaxing 1.5 Mile walk...
This morning the girls and I have got in ..................................................................2.5 Mile walk..
We will see what the rest of the day brings and I will log the totals later this evening perhaps...

Hey Guys! Happy Monday to you all. Hope you had a great weekend. I had a fab one myself. We got a couple crazy thunderstorms with wind and such but nothing too bad. Now it's back to the weekday grind. Once again, working for the weekend.
Y'all are doing so great with your steppin and bikin and even a little flyin...? lol We are on the down hill slide of this month! Can you even believe that??? Enjoy it! We'll never get another May in 2015... It's true, I checked.

Today girls and I got in a whopping 3.25 Miles. I then ran too town (actually I drove..lol) and spent a bit over an hour walking/shopping. That gave me a slow 1.0 mile walk...
