Well my goodness!!! Look at all you guys! I'm so stoked to see all the new Milers. A special welcome to each one of you!! We just have a grand ole time here on Mama Jeannie's Thread. And a huge "Hello and WELCOME BACK" to you, Jeannie! We sure missed you and are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your vacation.
A quick shout out to the April finishers. Everyone did so great. Let's keep it up for this month. I'm sticking with my 100 mile goal. That in addition to my lifting routine works very well for me and keeps me MOVING!!
Ok, so I'm a bit late in logging for May but here are my catch-up numbers:

I'm back!!!! Was away for 4 days, so didn't start exercising yet. Today, I will go for a nice long walk, and hopefully on Wednesday, I will get the full approval from doctor to be able to go back to full steam ahead on exercise. But for now, I will continue to do what I can. Be back later to log in my walk!!!!

I'm hoping to get in a little bit of canoeing ... if the wintery conditions hold off just a bit longer. However, there's a big storm going on here now predicted to continue into the weekend ... gale force winds, lots of rain. Not really good canoeing weather.
