    New and excited about this thread! 100 miles is a bit ambitious for me but will give it a shot. Here's where I am so far ...

    5/2: 3.11 mile jog (my first 5k!)
    5/2: 1.38 mile walking dog
    5/3: 6.70 mile jog
    5/5: 3.52 mile jog & 0.68 mile walk
    5/7: 4.25 mile jog
    5/8: 2.40 mile jog & 3.82 mile walk

    Total: 25.86 miles of 100 miles

    Again WELCOME too all the newbies. GREAT WORK all you regular milers...

    Late last night (after I posted) the girls and I did another 1.5 Mile walk. I did not come back as I was too lazy too come back online...

    This morning the girls and I got in 3.25 Miles....
    Later I went too the Flea Market. Another 2.25 mile walk....
    All three totals....7.0 walking miles....

    GRAND TOTAL THUS FAR May 9th...............41 Walking Miles....

    Morning church Services. Visited mom. Walked the girls. Total miles today 3.5 as we have no evening services...

    TOTAL thus far May 10th......44.5 walking miles...

    So ... my goal is to move 500 km or as close to it as possible again. :) Little bit more challenging now as this is a busy month with work and university ... plus it is winter, and darkness falls on my way home from work now.

    04 Mon - 4 km walking (50 min) ... all utility walking, commuting to work, walking between work and uni

    Plus I did a 35 min stair climbing workout in the evening. My yard is full of little sets of stairs. The longest one is 7 steps so I mainly focused on that one, up and down, up and down, but I also jogged between the others and did them too for some variety. In total, just over 1000 stairs climbed.
    Plus 10 min upper body weights workout.

    05 Tues - 4.8 km walking (60 min) ... again, all utility walking.


    Sub-total:
    Walking: 12 km (7.4 miles)
    Cycling: 68.47 km (42.5 miles)
    Time: 365 min (6 h 5 min) walking & cycling + 45 min stairs & weights

    Hmmm ... I haven't logged in here in a little while ...

    06 Wed - 2.8 km walking (35 min)
    07 Thurs - 5.3 km walking (65 min)
    08 Fri - 3.8 km walking (45 min)

    09 Sat - 27.5 km cycling (85 min) ... relatively flat ride on the Cycleway
    10 Sun - 41.03 km cycling (120 min) ... hilly ride up behind our place 764 metres of climbing.

    Sub-total:
    Walking: 23.9 km (14.8 miles)
    Cycling: 137 km (85.1 miles)
    Time: 715 min (11 h 55 min) walking & cycling + 45 min stairs & weights

    I've done over 5000 miles this month so far!! Might I add that I'm a pilot and you said fly if you dare :-) I'm late to the party but I'm going to start walking

    classic failure due to alcohol. beer and rum specifically.

    failed to get out on the bike (to be fair, I did have to stay in for the plumber) but did manage (or struggle) to do a walk yesterday. Totals for May so far are;

    Cycling - 1/10 hours (11 miles so far)
    Walking - 19/50 miles (includes anything above 1 mile showing on my fitbit)
    Swim - 0/100 laps
    Lindy Hop class - 1/4 times

    5/8: Week2 Day1 C25K: 2.6 miles
    5/9: "Long" ride: 17.8 miles
    5/10: Week2 Day1 C25K: 2.5 miles

    My long ride Saturday was interrupted by a storm front moving in quicker than expected. Ended up riding above 90% Max Heart rate for 20 minutes to get to cover, so in the end it was more anaebolic than aerobic.

    May 2015 Total to Date: 71.7 miles
    Walk/Run: 12.5 mi. (Target: 25 mi.)
    Cycling: 59.2 mi. (Target: 200 mi.)

    Only activity at the weekend was housework but I lost count of how many times I ran up and down the stairs.

    Cycled to work this morning, and then home again via my sister in laws to drop off her birthday present, making a total of 25.8 miles.

    May to date - 65.3 miles and 135 minutes zumba

    Still doing great guys! YES YOU ARE! :)

    Today the girls and I got in a 3.0 Mile walk. Husband and I had too go too town so between all the errands and Mall shopping etc I got in another 3.0 Miles....The only down fall with shopping walking is that you speed up and slow down as you shop. Not a strenuous exercise but steps never the less...

    Total thus far May 11th...............50.5 Walking miles...

    Tired...so tired and it's only around 2 p.m ...
    Walked my girls early morning 3.0 walking miles....
    Pulled some weeds and then Push mowed the Lawn. Walking behind a mower 2.75 miles...
    Don't know when I will get back too the Exercise Bike. I have too many outside chores too do in the warmer months it seems...

    TOTAL thus far May 12th.....................56.25 Walking miles. [/b
