    So been house sitting and dog sitting and forgot my computer, so catching up on entries now that I have computer back.
    5/10 - 1.0 walking dog
    5/11 - 2.0 walking
    5/12 - 2.0 walking
    5/13 - 1.20 walking
    5/14 - 5.10 walking

    Total = 22.6

    Everyone IS doing great! ...

    jahmanry I noticed you walked your dog for 1.0 Mile. IF I walked mine for only One mile they would let me know about it! lol....ACTUALLY they make my day. I probably walk more with them than if I did not have them...they motivate me... You're doing great!!!

    Today was another busy day. Walked the girls 3.0 Miles. Helped my husband wash and wax the Motorhome. Did some more hauling and leveling dirt.....2.5 Walking miles but trust meit was more back breaking work than walking! lol

    TODAY MILES THUS FAR MAY 14TH.................68.0 Walking miles...

    He was definitely not happy dog about that long walk, especially because he is not used to it. I was dog sitting.

    WELL today was another busy day. Keep them coming! lol
    2.75 mile walk with my girls...
    1.75miles hauling and leveling dirt....(I will get finished at some point! lol)
    Off too do the weekly shopping. That gave me 3.0 Miles in the shops but at a slower pace.

    TOTAL today 7.50 Walking Miles....

    TOTAL THUS FAR MAY 15TH ................75.5 Walking Miles

    New and excited about this thread! 100 miles is a bit ambitious for me but will give it a shot. Here's where I am so far ...

    5/2: 3.11 mile jog (my first 5k!)
    5/2: 1.38 mile walking dog
    5/3: 6.70 mile jog
    5/5: 3.52 mile jog & 0.68 mile walk
    5/7: 4.25 mile jog
    5/8: 2.40 mile jog & 3.82 mile walk
    5/9: 13.50 miles stationary bike
    5/10: 6.12 mile jog & 1.00 mile walk
    5/12: 3.60 mile jog & 1.00 mile walk
    5/13: 4.12 mile jog
    5/15: 4.11 mile jog

    Total: 59.31 miles of 100 miles

    Cycled to and the long way round from work, another 19.5 miles.

    Today I have done house chores. We did have a bit of rain but not before I got in a walk with my adorable girls. Today's MOVE was 3.0 walking Miles....

    Weather hasn't been cooperating lately, so I rode in the rain today. Not bad, except squishing shoes every pedal stroke.

    I might be past 100, but I've been using a bike. What's impressive to me is you walking 78+ miles.

    :) thank you ScrAgnX! I have been walking since 2009.
    It rained here today but briefly. It was cloudy all day and breezy so by 6 p.m I decided too take another walk with the girls. We got in 2.25 Miles this time...I LOVE when we have a breeze! make you want too walk extras.... :)

    The extra 2.25 Miles would put me at 80.75 Walking miles....THANK YOU JESUS for the energy too do this!

    Went out on the bike yesterday. SO PROUD of myself, cycle further than I ever have. 32 miles!!!! Loving it. And thanks for the inspiration to do this!!

    Cycling - 4.75/10 hours (49 miles so far)
    Walking - 24/50 miles (includes anything above 1 mile showing on my fitbit)
    Swim - 30/100 laps
    Lindy Hop class - 2/4 times

    Total miles 73

    So ... my goal is to move 500 km or as close to it as possible again. :) Little bit more challenging now as this is a busy month with work and university ... plus it is winter, and darkness falls on my way home from work now.

    04 Mon - 4 km walking (50 min) ... all utility walking, commuting to work, walking between work and uni

    Plus I did a 35 min stair climbing workout in the evening. My yard is full of little sets of stairs. The longest one is 7 steps so I mainly focused on that one, up and down, up and down, but I also jogged between the others and did them too for some variety. In total, just over 1000 stairs climbed.
    Plus 10 min upper body weights workout.

    05 Tues - 4.8 km walking (60 min) ... again, all utility walking.

    Walking: 12 km (7.4 miles)
    Cycling: 68.47 km (42.5 miles)
    Time: 365 min (6 h 5 min) walking & cycling + 45 min stairs & weights

    07 Thurs - 5.3 km walking (65 min)
    08 Fri - 3.8 km walking (45 min)

    09 Sat - 27.5 km cycling (85 min) ... relatively flat ride on the Cycleway
    10 Sun - 41.03 km cycling (120 min) ... hilly ride up behind our place 764 metres of climbing.

    Walking: 23.9 km (14.8 miles)
    Cycling: 137 km (85.1 miles)
    Time: 715 min (11 h 55 min) walking & cycling + 45 min stairs & weights

    11 Mon - 5.7 km walking (70 min)
    12 Tues - 4.6 km walking (55 min)

    Walking: 34.2 km (21.25 miles)
    Cycling: 137 km (85.1 miles)
    Time: 840 min (14 hours) walking & cycling + 45 min stairs & weights

    13 Wed - 6.6 km walking (75 min)
    14 Thurs - 4.7 km walking (55 min)
    15 Fri - 3.5 km walking (40 min)

    16 Sat - 22.3 km ride with 557 metres of climbing (70 min)

    IMPRESSIVE MACHKA! :) Wish I had started some sort of exercise program when I was your age....

    Sunday was going too be a rest day. The husband and I did get in a short relaxing 1.5 Mile walk...
    This morning the girls and I have got in ..................................................................2.5 Mile walk..
    We will see what the rest of the day brings and I will log the totals later this evening perhaps...
