its ok if training not more that 30-45 minute......and repetation only 6-8. its work for me but we are everydoby different. Every time i los fat and keep muscle in ketosis diet. but Long cardio its not recommend in ketosis diet...

eating 5%carb 65%fat and 30%protein. it work wery good ;)
