what worked for me and is still is weighing my food. I was never really good at eye balling it. The closer I get to my goal the more important it is for me.

i get rid of mine as they become to big. I have 2 big bags ready for big brother to come get. I just get the bare minimum of new stuff until I reach my goal

My starting weight was 185 I am currently at 144 still have some work to do but heading in the right direction. I started in November but really started using mfp in January. I am 49. age is just a number!

Your numbers are not really bad odds are with some exercise and a little diet change and you will be fine

not really sure what you are saying/asking but i was a 38 jeans then I got 34's and yesterday bought 32's

pretty sure its when you are done losing weight and add calories in stages to reach maintenance level.

yeah fads and gimmicks are "IN" you really need to get a scale. weighing food works! I am down 40 plus and just bought size 32 pants. I was a size 38 back in November.

lol I was accused of being no fun because I would only eat two buffalo wings. I also noticed some people get upset when some one else compliments me on my weight loss. I think it is jealousy but i could be wrong

I just turned 49 started losing in November. I started at 185 and I am down 40 pounds so far. Best thing about the loss is I have gotten off 1 diabetes pill and the other one is at a reduced dosage! Still have some more to lose. I think I am going to try for a 6 pack by my 50th birthday that was in october. red shirt pics…

the sure fire way is to weigh your food and stick to your calorie count. I wasnt losing weight till i did. I am willing to bet a lot of folks are the same.

I am 49 started in October at 185 currently at 147 with a goal of 135-140. already eliminated 1 diabetes pill hoping to get rid of the other one too.

This happened to me a few weeks ago plus I was in a lull. Happy to report I am losing again and I am under the old battery weight lol

looking at your pics it doesnt look like you have to lose much. any ways you should really weigh all your food to get a accurate calorie count you may be eating more than you think on some days. and dont forget flucuations and stalls happen to everyone

I go with Syrian bread the stuff I eat is 60 calories for half a piece which makes a good size Sammy. That said I only have them a couple times a week
