  • Ah, I feel like could have been me making that post & video.. I wish you the best of luck, let's get through this together and stop yo-yo-ing!
  • If my nose is stuffed up, I start feeling like I'm going to urf, too. I don't have any answers, but know that you are not alone!
  • Now, I have always prefered ice water because I like the cold, (that and i love to crunch ice cubes) but yes, it actually does. Burns about 70-80 calories per day apparently. here, science and stuff. http://health.howstuffworks.com/wellness/diet-fitness/weight-loss/question447.htm
  • Sounds like a neoprene sleeve with an opening for your patella. Here's one of the most highly rated I've seen, I had to buy a really sturdy knee brace a few months ago, and looked at these, too.…
  • I...don't really know what I would tell my 5 year old self. 5 year olds are delicate, I have one right now. Oh man I have so many body issues, where to begin... One thing would be... don't let guilt from others prevent you from doing what you love. Even if the people around you don't enjoy it, and will make fun of you for…
  • Ah, I loved it! Thanks for sharing!
  • See, I have that problem with ghirardelli dark chocolate brownies. (I don't particularly like cake that much, but oh man, something gooey and chocolatey?) I will keep finding excuses to go through the kitchen over and over "just to grab some crumbs" I tell myself. No, I would graze an entire pan in 2 days flat. I have…
  • Hey! First of all, I have to commend you on the hard work that you have done, and the amazing results. Also, I have Arnold Chiari, too!! I have never met anyone else who even had heard of it. It is a huge struggle to live with, and I am so happy for you that the surgery worked! (I only looked at the front page and then…
  • Ugh, I have such a hard time with this, too! I can usually box up my own food, fine, no problem. What I find difficult is the amount of food my kids go through, they're little, and picky, and a great deal of it now ends up getting tossed. I had to stop eating their unsavable leftovers!
  • Hey there! I got up to (at least) 328 in june of 2015, and joined MFP at 286. I've lost weight before, but have never had a way to keep track like this site does. We can do this!
  • Hey everybody  I've only been on MFP for a few months, and I honestly think I will continue to log as long as this place still exists. I have lost huge amounts of weight before, (60, 70 and 90 lbs all lost at separate times.) and found myself right back where I was, or worse a year or two later, and not really sure…
  • Hey there! I am pretty much in the same boat, but new to my fitness pal. I have logged for the past 33 days, and been looking around at the forums. It has been going well for me, so far, and this logging thing is helping me stay on track without out of control binging. Anyway, I'm rambling, good luck to you!
