Pass two days not so good. Working 12 hours shifts and it’s hard to stick with the plan. Today was better I did not eat out my range. Still did not work out. Tomorrow is my 7th 12 hour shift and I’m off. I hope to work out for 30 minutes and stay in my calorie range. Good Night all

Hello Did ok today. I worked late. Got very stressed and ate Fritos scoops my go to stress food. While, I did not make a good food choice. I did stay under my 1200 calorie count and for that I am grateful. I was too pooped to work out when I got home. Goodnight all

It’s bedtime and I am late posting but I could not go to sleep until I checked in. Day 4 Woke up and did a 20 minute upper body workout Worked 12hour shift Ate within 1200 calories Walked incline treadmill 35 minutes in evening I am pooped Good night all😌
