  • I found some similar snacks. One is half a cup of low-fat cottage cheese with a teaspoon of cinnamon and sugar. The other is half a cup of cottage cheese with 2 tablespoons of PB2. He's really satisfying me something either savory or sweet and yet low in calories and carbs
