I haven't skiied in several years. I have never been as light as adult as I am now and I'm looking forward to skiing again this winter. I enjoyed reading your post because it is how I feel about skiing.

159 this morning!! Goal is to stay in the 150s and hit 155 this year.

I hit my mini goal of getting into the 150s. Weighed at 159.6 on Wed. The last few days back into the 160s which I'm hoping is due to water weight and TOM. Being in the 150s is so exciting for me and I'm excited to reach my initial MFP goal of 155, getting to normal BMI.

Yoga is one of the activities where I actually feel so much improvement from my weight loss. I enjoy it so much more now as well.

Still trying to break into the 150s. I'm so close, but wavering around 161. Been here for a couple of weeks.

I'm going through something similar right now and it sucks! It is incredibly painful, but time will help. I'm having trouble eating as well, but I noticed I feel less bad when I make myself eat and sleep.

My mini goal is to get into the 150s. I was at 161.6 this morning. Last summer I was excited to get into the 180s. I haven't weighed in the 150s since I was a kid.
