  • Hi Rose I stopped loosing with SW and put it down to eating too much 'free food' so hoping with MFP I'll be able to moderate intake. I love the idea that calories burned are taken into account. Think it's going to be my saving grace.... that and up the water intake! I guess the scales will tell next week....
