  • Hello Everyone, The struggle is real, but you have to focus on what you want to achieve. Whether it's 5, 10, 100 lbs you want to loose. Look at the finish line(your goal) not at your at where you currently are. That will keep focused on achieveing that weightloss we all desire. It's not easy but it's possible. Bet That.
  • Adriana, you have the mindset ready you have targeted your goal. One thing that has worked for me, is I have set small but reachable Check points. I target to lose 5 to 10 lbs a month and so far I have met each one. Key factors are what you eat, how often you eat and Exercise.
