Most Indian food use alot of different peppers spices. Peppers boost ypur meabolism. Just try to lower the carb intake on those dishes.

I find it filling to bake a large summer squash cut in half seasond with hot shot and parm cheese drizzled with olive oil and fresh cracked black pepper. Squash is filled with water so it fills u up.

Peanut butters great with celery. I like to eat it about an hour before i work out and sometimes after. Great for running for a while. High in protien with healthy fats. LoL jus try to stick to 2-4 tbsp. a day.
