Oh I think I've just figured something out. You can change it from 'net' to 'total' if you click just above the graph (on iPhone app). And then it should tell you!

I think it's now saying what you have ate under/over in average for the week so far. So if you have eaten say, 1800 every day mon to fri it will say 100 over weekly goal. It's really annoying because I also used to use it to know how many calories I had left for the week too!

I don't believe it's just the caffeine. I used to drink one can every night which about the same caffeine as a chocolate bar. And no other soft drink would hit the spot for me. I gave it up and I feel better for it. Mostly because i replaced that cola with more water which lead to better hydration. I also saved a lot more…

5' 2". SW: 148, CW: 139. My goal weight is 119 right now, but I'm not set on it. I've never been below 130 as an adult so not sure what I'd look best at. My guess is I will stop somewhere between 115-125.

I do but I have a fitbit so I feel its a bit more accurate for exercise burns than general tracking on MFP. Sometimes I will leave a couple hundred calories on active days as a buffer for my less active days though!
