If u eat a lot of carbs you can cut down on it and eat it in moderation

Cardio can help burn fat....you can also try lifting weight or do other workouts combined with cardio....I'm not to sure about the building muscle part tho

I feel u i go thru the same thing at work but don't let them get you down. You doing the right thing by making changes to your diet keep it up!! :-)
