I was going regularly about a year ago and I too have a love hate relationship with it. Everytime I entered the studio I'd think "why am I doing this to myself again?" But after class I'd be so relaxed and I started to see some changes in my fitness level. I'm thinking about going back as well!

Agreed!! Lifting weights is the thing to do because it will allow you to burn more fat even at rest (ie when not actively exercising). And if you start to lift you will be very hungry on only 900 calories per day so you'll have to eat more. Healthy choices of course! Good luck!
