I've been struggling with this as well. I'm at the lowest weight of my adult life, and I'm 51. I probably need to lose 20 more pounds, but I'm just trying to maintain right now. I'd really like to get to 100 pounds lost though ... that's about 10 more pounds.

I'm 51, and I've lost 92 pounds over the last 20 months. It was just lower calories then added walking after about 6 months. I eat a piece of bacon with 2 eggs for breakfast every morning. Thanks everyone! Our journey continues as we recently joined a gym so we can strength train. We even hired a personal trainer! I still need to lose about 40 pounds, and it's coming off very slowly. Our tips: Log all your food in mfp. Weigh all of your food. Eat lots of protein. Drink water. Start moving, and start slow.…

We joined a gym today! I'm so excited! We chose based on location, group classes and pool availability. Price was also good. The place is less than a mile away.

My husband insisted on getting an Apple Watch for me, and I love it, especially for the activity rings & the fitness app. It's really motivated me to move more, and I like earning achievements! I like getting notifications on my wrist too.
