look up alternative recipes - i was craving some good ol pancakes with maple syrup the other day so i googled a healthier alternative and found a blueberry protein recipe which so good and fixed my cravings :)

I take pre workout only because im doing a physcial job 8hrs a day and by the time im done i need a little boost to get my asss to the gym.

Not really on a diet i just follow my macros and calories and seems to be working fine for me for loosing weight my macros are 50% protein 30% carbs 20% protein
