Yeah complete opposite. You wouldn't believe the food in the prison I was working. I was at a high level security men's prison in VA. I'd never ever work in a women's facility. Ever. I've worked with female juvenile offenders. Women are nasty :p offenders, that is. Not women in general.

Mmm. No. You don't need to use Advocare or any outside products. Definitely not anything claiming to be a "detox" as if you have functioning kidneys and a liver you're good to go.

God this drug sounds absolutely horrific! Even people taking it for actual disorders wouldn't recommend it! Scary!

I'm 30 and I need 7 to 8 hours. Single with no kids so I hit my goal pretty easily every night! I actually have to make sure I don't sleep too much or else I'll feel super sluggish.

A lot get commissary and the best sellers were definitely pop, peanut butter, ramen noodles (they used these to cook/make EVERYTHING), and packaged pastries like honey buns. Inmates eat horribly. There's very little fresh fruit or veggies in prison! But you're right their portion sizes are much different!

High cholesterol or high blood pressure could be because of genetics, not necessarily your diet.

As someone who was a corrections officer and has seen first hand the food offenders are fed you make an excellent excellent point! I eat processed foods all the time but even I wouldn't want to eat the food they're fed day in day out for the rest of their lives :s

Anxiety and depression go hand in hand most times so I know if I'm feeling one the other isn't far behind. I take Prozac to help keep my anxiety at bay which in turn keeps my depression away as well. Weight loss is the same for me if I eat bread or if I don't eat bread. As long as it fits in my calorie deficit I still lose.

I don't do cheat meal or day, the word cheat to me implies I did something bad which I turn makes me feel bad. If I want something I'll save room for it in my daily allowance or I'll put in a little more work at the gym. I'll even eat at maintenance for that day if I really want something.

No, if you have no reason to medically cut them out and are losing fitting sugary drinks into your calorie allotment then you're fine :)

I used to when I started but realized I was undoing the defecit I'd created during the week on the weekends. I'm short and don't have much to lose so I have to be very strict with my calories and tight on my logging. Two days could ruin your weekly efforts but it just depends on how much you're going over your maintenance…
