Well duh, if you're eating and drinking throughout the day your weight is going to fluctuate. Stop weighing yourself multiple times a day it's absolutely pointless and inaccurate. I weigh myself once a day but I also don't obsess about it and understand that weight loss isn't linear. Focus more on how much you're eating…

I wouldn't go that low. Personally, if it were me I'd eat at maintenance for a few weeks and then try cutting calories again and see if that gets the scale moving. You don't have much to lose so just make sure you're spot on with your CI vs CO.

We've definitely all had moments like this, I find that when I log my food properly and I don't restrict myself I don't binge. But if moderation is not something you can handle keeping it out of the house is the way to go! Hugs to you and know you can do this! <3
