Exactly this. This is exactly what I'm saying

I bake cakes as a profitable hobby and everytime I gain weight it's because I make too many at the house and I get carried away quickly. I love cake. I love walnuts. And those rice krispies sound amazing. I'll allow a small treat here and there but for me, I have to watch it
-
Yum What time??🤣🤣
-
I get you. Calories aside, I just don't think cake should be considered same as walnuts. Maybe I'm wrong. Ok. It's my opinion. Idk about you but I have a hard time eating a small portion of cake. I don't eat a whole bag of walnuts either. I never thought in a million years I'd have these many disagrees over my opinion of…

Walnuts are heart healthy and cake is not <necessarily>
-
Ok that's completely understandable I'm allergic to a lot of seafood
-
It's an opinion. Not scripture. Cake has less health benefits than walnuts.
-
Damn yall Just an opinion. I didn't need an essay. Thanks lol
-
I don't think cake is good for you. I think walnuts are better. That's all
-
Wow. Ok. It's just my opinion. I don't think cake is good for you and walnuts are better for you. The end

1000 calories? I'm legit shocked!

Waiting for next installment of Stranger things

Ok. Crop dusting equipment at the gym is 🤣🤣
-
I do understand what you are asking. I quit logging a while back because cake was less calories than walnuts and I thought that was ridiculous. I wish there were a way to determine the health factors of each food.

I allow myself 1700 cals because I'm very active and work out regularly. I do feel you on the crabbiness. It comes with the territory. Maybe you're used to eating what ever you want and it sounds like you've cut way way back? Idk but I miss my daily ginger ale and my daily junk. Lol. Doing well though
-
That's it? Looks like more than. I was wondering what the toppings are

Going to make up some fresh green beans oven baked with sweet potatoes and oven roasted tomatoes. Bomb
-
Delicious stuffed bell peppers!! Brown rice, taco meat, black beans, cheese, onions, garlic, and baked in the oven! Heavenly
-
One is a steak stir fry with baby bok choy and Chinese broccoli. Other is a stuffed bell pepper. Filled with rice, meat, veg, black beans and cheese
-
Not so much one food... been experimenting with asian foods and spices, condiments... been using oysters sauce and mirin and hoisin sauce... obviously soy sauce and all that. Just tried Chinese broccoli for the first time. Pretty good
-
I tried out a recipe for leek and asparagus tart. It had too many leeks and not enough eggs! Will tweak recipe
-
I agree with MikePTY I like the have eggs after I work out or a big southwestern type salad loaded with protein
-
Egg whites bake well. Crustless quiches with endless veggie options. You can do a half bell pepper filled with black beans, cheese, and tomato. You can also do a breakfast tart. I made one with asparagus, leeks, and cheese on a crescent roll dough in a casserole dish.

I did a Korean chicken with a brown rice. Used gochujang paste with ginger , garlic, and soy sauce. Sesame oil. Cooked the boil in bag rice in chicken broth and water. Sauteed up shallots, vidalia, yellow bell and garlic and once the rice was done, I mixed it with the veg. Super yummy and filling!!

That's the one thing I don't like about numbers. I go for how I feel. How my clothes fit and what the mirror reflects back at me. Muscles outweigh fat. As long as you're comfortable, nothing else matters

Today my wifi wasn't linking to the gym's so I had no you tube to rely on Ended up doing 20m on elliptical and 20 m on the stair stepper
