I make tomato jam for my sandwiches. It's got a kick, and it's delicious with chicken or Turkey. Also good with cheese and crackers

I do pop pilates with Cassie Ho. Blogilates is the name and she has videos for every body part you would like to work. I love her because she makes it fun

There are no cases in my area and they have closed the schools, the Y, and all club activities in our area. I will miss the gym very much for however long. Home workouts don't seem to work for me because I don't get the focused attention that I I need to really get in a decent workout

It was only an opinion. How I view food. What's in my mind. I never thought it would have gotten so heated. I never said I had facts. Never said that I am a nutritionist or macro expert. Solely my view.

I gained 5 pounds from Thanksgiving to Christmas and I was happy. I thought it was going to be much worse. I never quit working out and I did show some restraint. Could be much much worse.
