I use a greater proportion of my calories in the evening, but I also make sure I put in some exercise every day so I can top up with half the calories I earn.

I found I had lost 4 and a half pounds on this morning's weekly weigh in. I have been averaging 2. I don't know how it happened, but I will take what the gods send and be grateful☺

The elliptical is the heart of my cardio when at the gym rather than walking the lanes near home. Charity shops. Yesterday it was British Heart Foundation. Not sure what I am going to do when I shrink out of clothes I REALLY like, though; I'm not great with a sewing machine. Work for the local alterations lady, I think.

Ah. American zombies outpace English zombies. There is an upcoming zombie fest in Cardiff - not sure about Welsh zombies. Personally, it's the vampires that scare me. But I also like cup cakes.

Aren't zombies quite slow moving creatures? "Shaun of the dead" certainly gives this impression.

It depends on your walking speed, but I have found it works out at about 50 calories in 10 minutes. I walk briskly and log as moderate.

Evening Primrose and Starflower oil? I don't know about food cravings, but it certainly helped even out other PMS issues for me. I have no science to back this up - it is just anecdote from personal experience.
