I noticed the same today, even though I have been on Keto for only one week, on today's TRX session I was sweating from the beginning of the class and I left a big pool of sweat on my place.

First week on Keto and I lost 8 lbs, I know mostly water weight but that is still great.

I started on Monday March/2/15 have lots of pounds to lose but I believe the best is to set smaller goals like in my case increments of 10 lbs for those small goals, feel free to add me, I will add you guys too.

I was not able to see support for any Polar products in MFP where is it? I have the Heart Rate monitor that syncs with my Cellphone via Bluetooth, but I cannot find integration between MFP and Polar at all.
