I'm 51 years old 5'7. Need to lose 15 pounds to reach my goal weight at 160. I have been hovering between 180-185 for about 3 months I start my day by walking briskly for 90 minutes.. Close to 6 miles. I have my calorie intake at 1200. If anyone has ANY suggestions please pass them on! Getting frustrated....

Last year I lost 10 pounds... yes only 10! I exercise most days for an hour, document everything I eat. I am perimenopausal at 51 years young. 185 pounds at 5'8. I need to lose another 15 to be near a healthy range. I am eating around 1200 to 1400 calories a day. I hope this year I can lose another 10 at least... SO…

Joined MFP February 16th, 2015. I am 50 years old, 5'7. SW:196 CW:180. GW: 170. I have two daughters age 12 and 15... And hubby is 60. I have been up and down the same three pounds for two months... Plateau! Ugg!!! I walk about 7 miles a day and strength train once a week. Joined this group for support/motivation!
