5'2 here. I am not hourglass figure, I am more an apple shape carrying my weight around my middle. I get 1,542 calories a day and I usually don't eat that much. Monday through Friday I do crossfit and on the weekends I walk about 4-5 miles. I have no idea how many calories I burn everyday so I just don't log it or eat them…

I never knew there was so many protein choices out there! I just buy a bag if Progenex from my crossfit box and use that. Seems good, anyone else use it? For two scoops it has 170 calories, 31g protein, and 5g sugar It costs $73 bucks a bag

I have it set for 1 pound a week. The first two weeks I didn't loose anything but my clothes are looser. I am lifting pretty heavy at crossfit. All of my lifts are over 100 pounds now
