@karibeargirl Right there with ya. I also slacked on week 8 - only did 3 workouts. I'm back in it for week 9, though! Every day, lets do it. Phase 3 is home stretch.

Feeling a bit lower energy on week 2. I reduced my Challenge numbers a little bit to 8 assisted pull-ups and 18 push-ups, but had a strong CVX session. Looking forward to Sunday as a rest day, I need it. :)

FWIW, Tony Horton, the guy who leads the P90X3 workouts was in his early 50's. He's in crazy shape, though. I'm not in my 50's yet, but like @karibeargirl mentioned you can modify the workouts. The first week I could barely make it through each exercise, even with modifications. By the end of the program I was doing a whole lot more, but there are some exercises that are still killer (talking about you, crawly plyo push-ups). Pull ups are also still really rough for me.
