  • Many thanks to all. I am now taking Glucosamine tablets twice daily and began notice an improvement right away. The therapist today told me to try to walk daily if only for a block or so, did so today and walked total of three blocks. That was in a heavy wind and cold- it felt wonderful.   • Some men just cannot stand it when their woman loses weight and becomes more attractive. It's sort of a thing like he feels he can take you for granted if you're fat. If not then he has insecurity issues about holding your affection. Or maybe he's just a moron. If that's your pic on your avatar he must be blind as well.
  • I have tried low carb diets. They do not work for me. I cannot function with low fiber, which is hard to avoid on this sort of thing. Tried taking fiber supplements then figured out I was putting carbs back in my diet by doing so. If others have had this work, fine. I just couldn't do it.

  • Low fat yogurt- makes a nice creamy snack at under 100 calories usually. Also low fat popcorn- you can indulge in a whole bag for 150 calories. Sunflower seeds- not the shelled kind but the kind you have to pop open. You have to work to get the seed and it's hard to overeat on them when you do that.
