What is TDEE? I consume between 2800-3200 calories.. According to this app.. Does this app calculate how much calories I burn during weight training? That has been more of my focus than cardio.. I some times skip cardio days :/.. I am doing my best to keep myself motivated not to do that in the future..

I am trying to gain muscle but lose fat. Also overall i want to gain weight but muscle weight.. Idk if that makes sense
