So sorry for your loss. We took a year to finally decide to get a new furbaby after we lost Milo. It can be hard to move on. Keep in mind you will never replace what you lost but you will fill your heart with more love. Take your time and you will find the right one to fill that hole. Big hugs your way.

No he's the 2 nd in the house. We've had a few over the years. When our old boy passed in June it took a toll on us and we finally realized Mace needed another friend. He's just such a huggable bear of a dog.

Been an exciting week. We adopted a new fubaby! His name is Hummee. He's 6 years old. He is a Rottweiler. Such a giant love. I have had problems getting into the community feed also. STEPS 6/7 13848 Food choices have been bad all day. Left over sausage spaghetti for breakfast, yogurt, nuts cheese, ham and a muffin top from Dutch bros. and a golden eagle with soft top. Then on the way home I got 🐼 express🤪 sooooo bad and a short day so I didnt burn enough calories for all that. Ill do better tomorrow.

Do you eat packaged foods? Those can have a lot of salt. You would be amazed. If you prepare all fresh foods it will help witb salt intake?

Do you track your salt? Sometimes salt can cause you to go up. How much water do you drink a day? As women we all have a fluctuation of weight daily. I see me scale jump up and down daily. If you don't want to see it maybe just weigh 1 time a week, or average it. Water weight can really be a problem with us girls. 😉 it can…
