If you get the type of sports bra that has the adjustable back and straps you won't need to double up. I use those and find I don't need to double up when I wear them.

Thank you for posting this. I keep reading women's comments on here that make me interested in this as well. I do lift some weights but, I'd like to lift more and am just unsure where to start since I am not very strong. Thank you to those who've offered advice.

I add them where it says add food. Then I type in whatever the beverage is. If it's not listed I manually add it in. You should definitely log your beverages too.
