Yeah i just dont want to state the name of the store i work in. We sell both food and supplements! As always, nutrition SHOULD come from the diet first and foremost, but if in need - supplementing is useful. Nice catch, tho :P

Thats EXACTLY how I gained most of my weight back from anorexia. Fortisips (ew) and potatoes.Calorie dense and gorgeous. Still do it to this day as I find large volume eating difficult. What do you mean by "Net Cals"? Just curious! Im at 50% carbs, 18% fat and 32% protein - finding fat hard to up! And carbs actually...At 2250 a day!

I know I dont need that amount I just happen to eat a lot of high protein foods! I've been trying to change things a bit to actually lower my protein which is strange as people are usually trying to up it!

Yeah I could BUT the flavour and yummy texture of the protein! Half a scoop is a good idea - but its still way over my macros for the day and I'v HEARD that its bad to have too much protein (liver cant handle it)
