I know flavor is not the most important thing in a pre but is there a decent flavored pre that works that won't break the bank?

Wow you and I are pretty much on the same page except I was never averaging 40+ miles a week. But we average about the same pace. I am supposed to be running a half marathon in a couple weeks! Yikes! Well although I don't have much time, I just started running again but I have started to use Liporidex Pos/t workout. Also I…

hilarious! Glad I am not alone! :)

I haven't heard of most of those before. They seem like they would make my heart go crazy. Is that true? Maybe they are just meant for men. I would prefer something that wasn't so extreme but still helped me get in a good workout. I also run, so something that could help me there too would be nice.

The weather has been so nice that I went for a nice run around my neighborhood!

I am about the same, glad I am not the only one.

I take a standard multi vitamin along with fish oil in the morning. I use Hydroxycut Elite as a pre or when I’m cutting.

I prefer lifting as it is more "fun" to do. I get tired running and my legs hurt, but with lifting I never have a problem. I also have great results from just doing sit ups everyday. I also very firmly believe in drinking a lot of water. Hope this helps.

You can't replace a whole meal with a protein shake, you would only be taking the protein part away. Try eating some fruit carbs and a protein shake as a meal. Hope this helps.

Try healthier restaurants (Subway), or restaurants with healthier choices, instead of going to a McDonalds (If you consider that a restaurant). I don't normally got to restaurants, but when I do I try to go to some place "healthy" such as Olive Garden or eat Thai food. My best advice...try to learn to cook at least one day…

My favorite is a combination of seedless watermelon, strawberries, oranges, and bananas. I just chug this every time because I love it so much! Sometimes I get adventurous and put in some low fat vanilla ice cream! Hope this helps.

If you are gaining weight, chances are you are probably gaining muscle weight, not fat weight. If you keep doing the same routine after a while, you will see bigger muscles, and a little bit more weight. Hope this helps.

You should try to eat but if you eat your other meals, then it isn't the worst to not eat. Perhaps a well balanced snack like cheese and crackers or peanut butter and crackers. Hope this helps.

Subway is a great healthy fast food option! Many of the sandwhichs there are filling, and low-carb. Remember Jared! Don't forget to drink plenty of water. This will help to make you feel full. Hope this helps.

I don't really take baths, but it doesn't seem too weird. If I took baths, then probably every now and then I probably bring in food. A shower on the other hand...how is it possible without getting your food wet? That would be my greatest concern.

We have a five day rotation so we eat something different each day of the school week. 1.) French toast 2.) Cinnamon and yogurt 3.) Scrambled eggs and toast 4.) Bagels with cream cheese and oatmeal 5.) cold cereal Also we have a banana, a Cutie (California Clementine), glass of orange juice and a muli-vitamin.

It tastes great! Also being a spread it can be put on, or added to just about anything. An alternative to PB is almond butter, which is super tasty and has slightly less saturated fat.

I think protein bars are a great alternative, in moderation. You might want to try some nuts, or create your own snack of granola and nuts. Then you know what is in it and you know that it is healthy!

I would suggest oatmeal with fruit. Also, fruit, fruit, and more fruit! Even a few vegetables like baby carrots are good for breakfast.

I had some friends that tried the raw food diet. It only lasted about 1 month in all seriousness. Some things have carried over and they still do some raw foods, but not to the extreme they were. It seemed to be very time consuming. Maybe if you had a written menu it might help.

If you found out how many calories your ladle holds, then just keep track of how many scoops you do, and then estimate when you don't fill it up all the way. You could go through your ingredient list and make up a spreadsheet. There may even be a software that has that information in a program online.

You could show them healthier options, such as sandwiches and vegetables, or even beef jerky. I am not sure what you mean by "right", but I am generally able to stay under my calorie goal by eating the same thing. You could suggest fun things like pretzels and strawberries. Share your food with them!!
