This is a really helpful topic! I'm 53 and 5'3" (ha!) and lose at about 1000-1200C calories during the week. I need to stay in this range over the weekend to maintain my progress. I think maintenance will be in this range during the week with a little room for extra calories over the weekend when we like to eat out.

My goal is to lose 26 by Christmas! I figured out how to add friends. Go to 'Community' > 'Find Members' then copy the username into the last box and when you enter it you have the 'Add Friend' Option

I have started tracking too with the goal of losing 26 pounds in total by Christmas. I had a light bulb moment regarding how the 80% (on track) and 20% (weekend) kind of dieting that I usually follow is for maintenance and not weight loss.
