I had trouble when I first set mine up. It was all connected properly (or so it said) but no matter how long I waited it never went though to MFP. In the end, I disconnected everything and tried again and it worked. Sorry I can't help other than the standard IT response of "Have you restarted your computer" :D

I use kgs and both 1kg and 0.75kg per week settings give me 1200. If I reduce it down to 0.5kg it will change to 1450. I have 15kg to go though. I think you either need to choose an option less than 1 lbs a week if you want more calories or keep it at 1 lbs = 1200.

Nope. You aren't going to burn anywhere near what MFP tells you when if you do work up a light sweat. If you then eat back those calories you didn't actually burn then you'll just be disappointed at your weigh in and wonder where it all went wrong.

That sounds dodgy as. Agree with all 3 above, massages are not going to help with saggy skin and with the amount you want to loose I doubt you'll have saggy skin anyway. He's either trying to get his rocks off if doing the massages himself or scam you out of money.

I tend the be the same a Sherry. I'm not a teacher but during my work week I have meetings scheduled and every lunchtime I go for a 45mins walk giving me 15 to shower and heat up lunch which I then finish off at my desk if I haven't finished it in time. I will even ask for meetings to be moved 30 mins if someone schedules…

If you're logging manually change the calories to 1 so it only gives you 1 instead of what you actually burned. If you have a device that is syncing; in the website go into Exercise, click on the entry and edit the calories to 1.
