I didn't speak as the same person was in a deficit and a maintenance, i'm saying I've seen the lean bulking done at all 3 phases.

I don't count anything anymore. I pay attention to my body. If im tired, i eat, if my energy level is fine, I opt to my normal daily servings. I log in a journal what I eat and adjust meals, not calories of macros.

Bro science. Tell me when the last time you seen 8% BF

Broscience lol.. Call it what you want, I have my degree, and i have my certifications. Not to mention a successful client base.

Lol agreed. Im just trying to be positive here. The real answer behind this is counting calories is extremely inaccurate, im sure you just missed something. Opt for counting macros, its easier.

Lol BS or not. Progress speaks for itself.

Cheat day does not "un-do" what you put in to that week. Will you gain pounds that day? Sure.. But you won't gain body fat. 2-3 days after you will be back to where you were. The cheat day is essential for a metabolic reset. With your hormonal balance off you're only plateauing.

maybe you gained muscle.

Even at maintenance, you can cut down if you training is designed property. Cardio Acceleration while lifting heavy compound movements, will shred fat in a caloric deficit an at a maintenance. Not because the calories burned in that particular training bout exceeds the calorie in vs calorie out theory, but because with…

This is where training intensity comes in to play. In order to take it to the next level you have to take your training up a notch. Cardio acceleration would be ideal for you now to further achieve your gains.

Low carb, high fat with HIIT training. Quickest and most efficient way to shredding fat.

One day a week cheat day. If you know you have that one day, you'll be fine.

A combination of both is ideal. Like stated before, you can eat in a deficit and sit on the couch and lose weight, but you won't be making any strength gains. Being fit is more than losing weight, being fit is about all around health. Eat consciously, no like a robot, and train hard. Then you will be happy! Good luck.
