  • Did mine tonight when got home from work didnt feel to bad as did 1 min ther other day which nearly killed me haha another 20 tomorrow will ypdate when thats complete.

  • Crisps/chips for you americans thwy have always been my downfall I honestly dont know why but I could eat them every day all day for the rest of my life haha :)
  • 260 ... 16lbs less than march and 14 lbs more than June ..cut down to one cheat meal a month and that is pay day pizza.. good luck everyone and well done in you journey so far :)

  • Im still feeling quite strong had to have a pizza last friday just because me and partner pretty much lived off them before I decided to do this and he was really craving one so I said we could have one as a treat as hes been so supportive enjoyed it but felt really bad afterwoods but hey its about enjoying yourself aswell…
  • Also interested here no kids yet so plenty of free tume on my hands and would love to go over a few ideas for the group. Just let me know what you think. :smile:

  • My harsh truth is im too fat ti give my partner the child he wants so badly and im the only one who can fix it thats what makes me get off my *kitten* and do a mean workout !!!:)
  • Great to see everyone joining in .... so I weighes myself today and iv lost 5 pound in the last week thats 11 Lbs in the last 3 weeks since iv been doing this and im super happy it just makes me want to keep going when I get a good loss. What about you guys what keeps you motivated when your feeling like giving in? :smile:
  • My Three reasons are : 1. Me and partner want to start a family and I dont want to be a fat mum. 2. I want to look my best for my Fiance at our wedding. 3. I want to be able to run and be active without feeling like my heart is going to explode.
  • Im in my goal is to lose 140lbs so this will keep me motivated along the way :)
