  • This morning I had two eggs one slice of lightly buttered whole wheat toast one cup of great grains cereal with half cup of 0 percent milk and flavored water. All 500 calories seems like a lot but breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should be the most calorie wise when it. One to your three meals.
  • My cousin has lost 50 pounds in two months sounds unbelievable but she did. Eating healthy smaller proportions and exercising 3 to 4 times a week. And I've been dieting for three weeks I've lost 15 pounds and exercise twice a week. I think it's possible. You can do it :smile:
