I weight train 4x a week and 30-45 mins of cardio everyday!

Makes total sense! This is why I stopped weighing myself - I would feel amazing and feel slimmer, then weigh myself, then feel depressed and gross because of what the scale said.

About 50lb difference!

I've lost about 60lbs. I eat really well Monday to Friday and on weekends I indulge a little (i like pizza and wine). I workout 4-5 times a week. That's it that's all! :)

Yes very true. What I meant was in my workouts I don't do exercise that targets specifically my core like sit ups, crunches, planks, etc :)

People tell me that but I honestly don't even directly work my core. I do some walking and running, stairmaster, leg day, chest/triceps day and back/biceps day!
