  • I'm cold... and this may be TMI... but intercourse... a) it's bony now... and b) finding it harder to climax!!!! lol On the plus side of that though is my libido is through the roof (might be my bf is just super hot though?) hahaha!
  • How are you finding this??? I've often thought of just veggies and fruit but figured the lack of meat/protein would bother me, the fats in the nuts would be too much and the sugar in the fruits a bit high too... hmmmm sounds delish though! Kendra
  • Getting up in the morning is way easier because the pay off is great! Gotta get the workout in!!! Eating more protein is difficult... hitting the calorie/macro marks are not always easy and it's not over eating... it's under eating some days! Ugh Love the confidence... hate when I feel "fat" even though I know I'm not and…
  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream Protein powder mixed in 0% Greek yogurt (tastes like icing!) with 3 strawberries and 40g oatmeal with 1.5 tsp honey :) Some of these breakkies sound delish! Thanks for the ideas!

Figure out what macros you need and do it that way IMO. Good luck! :) P.S. Weigh your food if possible because measuring containers…
  • Be careful eating too little... I did that and it stagnated my weight loss! I was eating 1200 calories and believe it or not, as soon as I started eating 1600 calories and adjusted my macros, I started noticing a body difference. Not necessarily weight loss (only lost 2 lbs) but I lost 1.3% body fat (gained 2lb muscle) and…
  • Pretty much... a strength program 5-6 days a week and cardio usually about 5-6 days a week too.
