I tryed on low carb as well and it helped me lose some weight.but thouth I did replace them with more proteins as I was hungry as hell not eating enough carbs. Now I'm still carrying on with that kind of diet and it feels so good!

I do drink lots of water during the day, especially during the workout. My urine is almost transparent. (I never feel as dehydrated) I'm having a protein snack (or protein shake) after my workouts. But yet, I 'm never eating BEFORE working out(sometimes even up to 3-4h before)- so do you think this could cause my issues?…

I'm buying all the nut butters in Holland &Barret (favourite ones almond,peanut and hazelnut) they are organic, made with 99.5% roasted nut and 0.5% salt. the oil separation 100% natural as well. they are seriously amazing! you can feel it s natural and keeps you full for 4-5hous! :-)
