Plenty of Green salads, fruit, chicken and fish are definitely the way to go.. Plenty of flavoured water too. I still get cravings for stuff l know is bad for me.... but If you dont buy em you cant eat em! :)

Thanks... Started just under a year ago.. Kept to the recomnended mfp calorie intake and was able to start some regular dog walkung once my weight related back pain eased..
