I DEFIANTLY want to join this group! Just for today: I will stick to clear liquids with the exception of my breakfast protein shake I will log everything that touches my lips I will drink 8 glasses of water I will exercise a minimum of 7 minutes

I could certainly use some friends as well. I had the sleeve gastrectomy on December 11,2012. I lost 80 lbs and have put every bit if it back on. I could really use some help.
