  • Something I've always struggled is FOOD! I have such a sweet tooth, and I love to eat. Working out helps keep it under control, but I'd see even more changes if I were to clean it up! But at the same time, I'm not willing to give up all treats and cheats. Moderation and balance are key! :)
  • Much like you Sarah, my goals are geared toward performance. I used to be all about losing weight and being skinny, but those days are gone.
