I would like to join the group. My goal is to loose 20 pounds. I spin 2 to 3 times a week and do some fun strength training 2 a week with a great group of friends. I have terrible eating habits, and it has finally caught up with me I've probably gained 12 pounds in the past year.

Just turned 50, my goal is to loose 5 (granted I have to do that 4 times)

Peanut butter on whole wheat, sometimes half of a banana. Lots of water the days leading up to the long run

5.2 new to my fitness pal. Would like to loose 20. I exercise, normally run anywhere between 10 and 20 miles a week, depending on what I"m training for. But my eating, it's nightmare :o

New here, have used Runkeeper for years to track my runs. For the month of March it's 2.02 miles. Doing a 15 K next Saturday!

I would like to be part of this. Since the beginning of the year I have logged 78.6 miles, I'm also doing a similar challenge through Facebook. Can I use those numbers or do I have to start from zero here? Have used run keeper to track my runs for a few years, but have never really used My Fitness Pal.
